Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and report feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and interpreting company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
