Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. As a vital part of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high standard of performance.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week.

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Efficient cash register operation.
  • Safe equipment operation.
  • Interpretation and application of company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience preferred.
