Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. As a vital part of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high standard of performance.
Job Type
Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week.
Starting Wage
$17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service.
- Efficient cash register operation.
- Safe equipment operation.
- Interpretation and application of company policies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail work experience preferred.
