Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Participate in store inventory counts and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Follow company policies and procedures with excellent communication skills.
- Work independently and within a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is an advantage.
