Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of the store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers a Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
- Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash management policies and company procedures
- Uphold security and confidentiality standards
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
- Operational knowledge of equipment and cleaning protocols
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
