Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key part of the store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers a Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
  • Assist customers and enhance their shopping experience
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash management policies and company procedures
  • Uphold security and confidentiality standards
  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
  • Operational knowledge of equipment and cleaning protocols
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
