Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Report inventory discrepancies and provide feedback to management.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Educational Requirement

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
