Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stocking of merchandise. You will collaborate with team members and store management to ensure a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the store's security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide prompt service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
