Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking products, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and stock shelves efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, enhancing the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products and assist in inventory management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain store security.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
