Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for customers while ensuring the store remains organized and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory management, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and store maintenance tools.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience in retail and operating relevant equipment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
