Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the customer shopping experience by assisting customers and ensuring a neat shopping environment.
  • Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register operations.
  • Stock shelves with merchandise, perform general cleaning duties, and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers.
  • Experience in retail and knowledge of retail operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
