Job Summary:
We are looking for responsible and energetic individuals to join our Avis Budget Group team as Customer Service Associates. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting in the return process of rental cars while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers returning rental cars
• Record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle damages
• Check vehicles into the computer system
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors and in varied shifts
• Previous retail customer service experience preferred
