Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return of rental vehicles, including key handling, mileage recording, and damage assessment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and efficiently.
• Enter vehicle information accurately into our computer system.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth rental return process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry tasks.
• Effective verbal communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including outdoors.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
