Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our growing team at Avis Budget Group. As a valued member of our enterprise, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with the return of rental cars and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers returning rental cars.
- Record important vehicle information such as mileage, gas levels, and damage.
- Check vehicles into the computer system accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the rental return process.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and all shifts.
