Customer Service Data Analyst

The Customer Service Data Analyst position at Genuine Parts Company involves providing exceptional customer service and EDI data support, collaborating internally and externally to deliver timely and accurate information. Responsibilities include managing phone and email inquiries, processing orders, working with suppliers, and supporting various departments with tracking orders. Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound phone and email inquiries.
  • Process inquiries accurately and professionally.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Understand and communicate product information and policies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Track orders and manage inventory concerns.
  • Navigate through systems efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate data in systems.
  • Identify errors and opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Background in Automotive or Automotive Aftermarket is beneficial.
  • Experience with EDI and reporting tools preferred.
