Job Description: Customer Service Representative I

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join San Luis Valley Behavioral Health. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to clients, staff, and partners, playing a vital part in our community-based non-profit agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and insurance verification.
  • Handle client payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the smooth running of office operations.
  • Attend assigned offices in the San Luis Valley.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
