Responsibilities

• Assist customers in returning rental cars.
• Meet and greet customers.
• Record mileage, gas levels, and any damage to vehicles.
• Check cars into the computer system.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• 6 months of retail customer service experience is a bonus.
