Customer Service Representative (Full-time)

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As part of our enterprise, you will be assisting customers in various aspects of the rental and return process at our airport locations, providing exceptional service throughout.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental processes on airport lots.
• Handle vehicle check-ins, loyalty customer rentals, and exit gate assistance.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a high-energy outdoor environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
