Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a key member of our enterprise, you will be responsible for assisting customers with the return of their rental cars, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth experience for all.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers returning rental cars.
- Record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle damage accurately.
- Check-in vehicles using our computer system.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the process.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
- Previous retail customer service experience (6 months preferred).
