Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Avis Budget Group team at Ohare. If you are a responsible and energetic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service, we want you to be a part of our growing enterprise.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with the return process of their rental cars.
- Meet and greet customers, secure keys, record car details, and check-in vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer skills and effective verbal communication.
- Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
- 6 months retail customer service experience is a plus.
