CVN OUTREACH COORDINATOR

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the position of CVN Outreach Coordinator at Aspire Health Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with community partners to refer clients to the Cohen Clinic, focusing on veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars and their families. This role involves outreach activities, presentations, and communication to promote our services to target populations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community partners to refer clients to the Cohen Clinic.
• Participate in outreach activities to reach out to veterans and their families.
• Deliver informative presentations about the Military Family Clinic.
• Maintain good attendance and be willing to travel to various locations for screenings and intakes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience in outreach and marketing activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high ethical and professional standards.
• Prior experience in mental health outreach within community and/or veteran organizations is preferred.
