Job Description

The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is a critical role responsible for providing physical and Level II technical support to customers and internal resources. Key responsibilities include timely issue resolution, troubleshooting technical problems, implementing Flexential services, maintaining facility cleanliness, and more. This role requires a passion for customer experience, knowledge of Windows operating systems, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a 24x7x365 environment.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for customer experience.
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Operating systems.
• Self-starter and motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Prefer 1 year of IT Support experience.
• AA, BS, or High School Diploma.
• Network +, Security +, or CCNA desired.
• Microsoft MCP or MCSA preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders and work aloft.
• Work in cold temperatures and lift heavy objects.
• Install cabling and maneuver pallet jacks.
