Dental Assistant

Job Description

We are excited to offer a position for a Dental Assistant at Fairview Dental Care. This role comes with a $5000 sign-on bonus and offers a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Hygiene Team. The working hours are Monday-Thursday from 7:40 am to 4:40 pm with no evenings or weekends required, occasional half-days on Fridays, and a supportive team environment with strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide elite clinical care and advocate for patients as a Dental Assistant.
• Become an integral part of the patient care team and ensure patients receive exceptional care.
• Participate in the Hygiene mentor program to enhance clinical skills and provide lifetime care to patients.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed dental hygienist in Missouri.
• Possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient care.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

• Prior clinical experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with tools like Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and x-rays.
• Willingness to learn and grow clinical skills for patient needs.
