Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and hygiene services.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to meet patients' needs.
• Participate in continuing education to enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in MN.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dental procedures and patient care.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• New Graduate or years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in using dental technologies and electronic record systems.
• Desire for continuous learning and growth in clinical skills.
• Ability to meet clinical needs as required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
