Job Description

Deer Creek Family Dental Care is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient care with full clinical autonomy and attention to patient needs.
• Participate in the Hygiene mentor program and access robust educational offerings to enhance clinical skills.
• Work collaboratively with a practice manager and highly trained team to deliver exceptional care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Kansas and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and electronic medical records.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, and availability for training sessions.
