Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental care in accordance with national guidelines to all Heritage Health patients.
- Examine and treat patients of all ages, ensuring proper dental care, disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Lead and support the dental clinic staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Completion of an ADA accredited dental program (DDS or DMD).
- Active Idaho dental license and BLS certification.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with underserved populations desired.

Primary Accountabilities
- Deliver high-quality dental treatment to improve patient well-being.
- Ensure all dental services meet regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards.
- Build positive relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule dental care visits, diagnose and treat patients, administer anesthetics and medications.
- Chart conditions, develop treatment plans, provide oral health education, and participate in community dental programs.
- Manage equipment and supplies efficiently, participate in staff meetings and training, and maintain patient confidentiality.
