Job Description

We are looking for a talented Digital Web Analyst II to join our Customer & Market Insights team at a beloved American fast-food chain in Atlanta, Georgia. As a pivotal member of the team, you will drive analytics for our website and other branded web properties, uncovering actionable insights through data to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytics that drive decision-making for the company's website and other web properties.
  • Manage web analytics projects, facilitating communication between project owners and external partners.
  • Maintain processes such as UTMs, measurement plans, and A/B testing.
  • Conduct web analysis and develop dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain user provisioning for technologies like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Share insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience level: Experienced.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Expertise in digital analytics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a digital analyst.
  • Familiarity with tracking methods like UTMs and Google Tag Manager.
  • History of collaboration and successful implementation of business enhancements.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Excel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
