We are looking for a talented Dining Services Executive Chef to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Northpark Place. As the Dining Service Director/Executive Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, customer service, and productivity within our Dining Services Department. Responsibilities

  • Plan, promote, and supervise a food service program that exceeds quality standards.
  • Monitor resident preferences and adjust menus accordingly.
  • Manage kitchen and dining room sanitation procedures.
  • Coordinate special functions and resident needs.
  • Order food, supplies, and equipment within budget constraints.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen and dining staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control practices.
  • Maintain professionalism in handling resident concerns and complaints.

Requirements

  • Serve Safe Certification may be required.
  • Experience or willingness to work with the elderly population.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift and perform tasks as described.
  • Background check required for employment.
