Job Description
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join the Gryphen SPS team as Direct Support Professionals in Tempe. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living skills, vocational work, job coaching, and community integration activities.
Summary and Responsibilities
- Engage individuals in center-based and community activities.
- Provide transportation and support for daily living tasks.
- Work full-time with daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with the potential for overtime.
- Collaborate with a team to enhance independence and quality of life for individuals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates over 21 years old with a High School Diploma/GED, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must pass a background check and reside in the Phoenix Metro area.
