Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Life Enrichment Program team at Rise Incorporated. As a DSP, you will directly work with individuals with disabilities, providing personal care and support to enhance their lives and promote independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with disabilities in daily activities and life enrichment projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality standards.
- Support personal growth by encouraging goal setting and implementing person-centered care practices.
- Transport individuals in Rise's vehicles and assist with community integration activities.
- Input data into the management system for tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Compliance with DHS Rule 11 and background checks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in social services and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
