JOB SUMMARY
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) at Region V Services provide training and support to individuals with disabilities in homes and communities. The role involves enhancing competencies, achieving individual goals, and fostering community relationships.

SCHEDULE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide personalized training and support for individual well-being and development.
- Collaborate in team meetings to ensure alignment with individual needs.
- Assist in identifying desired outcomes and implementing training programs.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and adjust programs accordingly.
- Ensure safety, personal hygiene, nutrition, medication adherence, and community integration.
- Attend training sessions for professional growth and improved performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably one year of experience in human services.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Subject to criminal background check and potentially drug/alcohol screening.
COMPENSATION
Salary range of $15.15 to $16.24 per hour.
