Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team at Region V Services. Responsibilities
- Provide systematic training and personalized support based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with individuals, families, and team members to identify and work towards desired outcomes.
- Develop training programs, maintain records, and monitor progress regularly.
- Ensure safety, well-being, and personal growth of individuals under your care.
- Assist with personal hygiene, social behavior, nutrition, and community access.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance job performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Experience in human services field preferred.
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
