Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep to join their team. This remote position plays a crucial role in shaping and executing the Global Medical Affairs Strategy for the Sleep molecule. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in neurology/psychiatry, with a strong focus on Sleep, and possess exceptional leadership qualities to drive high-quality scientific and medical communications globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated Global Medical Affairs Plans.
• Lead in the development of evidence generation strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product lifecycle management.
• Maintain compliance with international codes and regulations.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and drive geographic expansion.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of Medical Affairs or clinical development experience in neurosciences.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• MD degree strongly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Compensation

Doctorate degree required, MD degree preferred. The total compensation package for this role ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 and includes competitive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and flexible paid vacation.
