Director of Admissions and Marketing

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Director of Admissions and Marketing to join our team at Cathedral Health Care Center in Jasper, IN. The ideal candidate will lead our referral efforts by establishing and nurturing relationships with hospitals, physicians, and the community to drive patient admissions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new referral opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between facilities and referral sources.
• Convert referrals into new residents.
• Engage in community outreach and relationship building.
• Coordinate admissions process with the facility team.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of admission documentation.

Requirements

• Over a years’ experience in Healthcare Sales, Marketing, Referral Management, and/or Admissions.
• Clinical background preferred.
