Job Description: Director of Behavioral Health
Join the VitalCore Health Strategies team as the Director of Behavioral Health at Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown, DE. We are a passionate group dedicated to providing quality services in Correctional Healthcare. As a Director of Behavioral Health, you will work with various disciplines on the Mental Health Unit to ensure effective patient care. This role involves providing mental health services, treatment planning, and crisis management in multiple healthcare units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate treatment programs and problem resolution.
- Develop and oversee policies and procedures for clinical services for inmates.
- Supervise treatment program development and implementation.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff.
- Ensure timely and professional clinical services delivery.
- Assign clinical on-call duties and support psychiatric staff.
- Coordinate Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Program.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Licensed (LCSW, LPCMH).
- 5 years managerial experience in the field.
