Job Description
We are looking for a talented Director of Statistical Programming to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with serious diseases. As a Director, you will be responsible for managing product leaders and external personnel, overseeing clinical studies, and planning operational aspects of new studies. Additionally, you will lead statistical analysis activities, ensure compliance with SOPs, and provide direct line management to programming teams.
Responsibilities

- Oversee statistical analysis and programming activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects.
- Manage resources and budgets for statistical programming activities.
- Lead team performance assessments and development plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics or related fields.
- 15+ years of statistical programming experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent SAS programming skills and familiarity with other software.
