Director, Two Bridges Senior Housing Residence

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Director to oversee the Two Bridges Senior Housing Residence at Hamilton Madison House. As the Director, you will be responsible for providing social work services, case coordination, education, recreational activities, and meals to a diverse community of elderly and disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services in Chinese and English languages, including information and referral, advocacy, benefit assistance, and financial planning.
• Recognize, assess, and refer individuals for mental health issues.
• Coordinate home visitations and services with health professionals.
• Manage fiscal operations, maintain compliance with guidelines, participate in trainings, and handle administrative duties.
• Assist in coordination of senior service events and engage in regular supervision with Assistant Executive Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in social work, counseling, psychology, or gerontology.
• Bilingual English/Cantonese and/or Mandarin required.
• Three years of experience working with older adults preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle complex situations professionally and develop collaborative relationships.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM, 35 hours per week.
