Director, Youth and Family Services Departmen

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Director to lead our Youth and Family Services department. As the Director, you will oversee strategic workforce management, service delivery, communication, reporting, time-off authorization, and strategic planning and development to ensure the efficient operation and continuous improvement of our services.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic workforce management by scheduling and assigning work efficiently.
• Oversee service delivery to optimize staffing levels and productivity.
• Maintain effective communication and reporting to the Executive Director.
• Authorize time-off requests and submit department activity reports regularly.
• Develop service strategies aligned with budgetary requirements and cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Supervise all Youth and Family Services staff and chair the Clinical Coordination Team.
• Coordinate and oversee Program Managers to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of LCSW with 3 years of administrative experience or LCPC with a master's degree and 5 years of administrative experience.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and make reasonable accommodations when needed.
