Job Description

We are hiring a Disability Coordinator-RSW to join our team at Career Systems Development Corporation. As the Disability Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing the Center Disability Student Program, providing counseling and guidance to disabled students.

Responsibilities

• Participate in screening and assessing disabled trainees' needs and abilities.
• Coordinate living arrangements for disabled trainees.
• Develop work experience sites and place disabled trainees.
• Provide vocational assessment and counseling services to disabled trainees.
• Collaborate with regional offices, health services, and vocational rehabilitation agencies.
• Identify training needs and equipment requirements for the Disability Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience working with disabled individuals.
• Ability to interact effectively with disabled individuals and the public.
• Physical ability to perform the job functions, including sitting, seeing, hearing, and speaking.
