Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dishwasher - Pit Monkey to join our team at Lariat Lodge Brewing. As a vital part of our kitchen staff, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dishwashing areas.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and sanitized.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
