Job Description
We are looking for a motivated District Manager to oversee a regional territory of retail service merchandisers. As the point of contact for the company, you will ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to retail merchandisers.
- Track project completions in the assigned region, meeting monthly goals.
- Communicate work assignments and expectations to the team.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to address performance issues.
- Document all communication with retail merchandisers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of related experience, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
