Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated District Manager who is a current college student to join our Jefferson Division team at Aldi. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to supervise the operations of an entire district, overseeing multiple stores and leading teams towards sales growth and operational excellence. As a District Manager, you will receive up to 44 weeks of paid training to prepare you for this challenging and rewarding position.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess and establish store staffing levels.
• Implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage team projects, prioritize tasks, and drive completion through collaboration.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of human resource management best practices.
