Job Description

We are seeking a Division Manager to join Reciprocity Industries. As the Intake Litigation Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of Litigation Support and supervising the Litigation Support staff. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality service to clients, develop and implement policies, analyze data and metrics, train staff, and maintain compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Litigation Support and supervise staff.
  • Ensure high-quality service and meet performance metrics.
  • Create and implement policies and procedures.
  • Analyze data and implement improvement strategies.
  • Train staff and ensure individual goals are met.
  • Develop supervisors and ensure team performance.
  • Maintain compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Communicate with other departments to align operations with business objectives.
  • Promote teamwork, communication, and collaboration among staff.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of industry principles and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role.
