Job Description

We are looking for a Donor Recruitment Manager to lead field recruitment efforts in the Chattanooga and North Georgia region for Blood Assurance. This role involves overseeing Account Managers to expand blood drive activities, develop community partnerships, and coordinate internally to support recruitment efforts. Collaborating with Donor Services leadership is essential to achieve overall collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership of Account Managers to increase blood drive activity.
• Develop long-term community business partnerships.
• Coordinate internally to support and expand recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with Donor Services leadership to meet product collection goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or related field.
• 7-10 years of sales experience, preferably in blood banking.
• 3-5 years of sales staff management.
• Advanced communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and teamwork abilities.
