We are looking for a talented Electronics Engineer to join Marvel Refrigeration's innovative team in Greenville, Michigan. As an Electronics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of electronic controls and subsystems for cutting-edge refrigeration appliances. From managing projects and suppliers to conducting tests and implementing control algorithms, you will be at the forefront of creating high-quality products that have been a staple of American homes since 1892.

Responsibilities

• Develop specifications and project manage electronic controls and subsystems.
• Design test plans, conduct verification tests, and develop production line test equipment.
• Support industrial design, procurement, and service with technical expertise.
• Conduct competitive analysis, research advanced technologies, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BSEE and 5+ years of electronic development experience.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and innovation.
• Experience in appliance design and statistical design concepts preferred.

Working Conditions

• Office-based and Engineering Lab environment.
• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
