Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Endodontist to join our established and unique specialty practice in Mason City, Iowa. Our practice offers a collaborative environment with Periodontic and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery specialties to provide comprehensive and exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will have a Certificate in Endodontics, a Dental Degree (DMD or DDS), and a passion for delivering high-quality endodontic treatment. This is a full-time position leading to partnership, offering a competitive base rate, signing bonus, relocation package, medical and dental benefits, and a guaranteed mentorship program. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional endodontic treatment following the highest standards of care.
• Collaborate with other dental specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with referring providers.
• Participate in mentorship programs and continuous education activities.

Requirements

• Certificate in Endodontics and Dental Degree from accredited programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with a team of clinicians and administrators.
