Salary: Base Rate of $10,000/month for the first 6 months or 40% of collections, signing bonus of $20,000, relocation package up to $10k, with a path to Partnership at 24 months.

Requirements:
- Certificate in Endodontics from ADA-accredited program.
- Dental Degree (DMD or DDS) from ADA-accredited program.
