Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces according to plans and guidelines, including arranging furniture and decorations.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Deliver products to clients as required.
• Serve guests with professionalism and attentiveness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations.
• Collaborate with team members for seamless event coordination.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including food handling practices.
• Assist with post-event cleanup and breakdown.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering or related fields preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety certification a plus.
