Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Director, Late Development Team Lead in Oncology at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This critical role involves leading the Late Development Team to establish and execute global product strategies in alignment with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams from proof of concept to product approval.
• Develop and execute product vision and strategies.
• Collaborate to optimize global product development opportunities.
• Participate in Long Range Planning and governance reviews.
• Mentor team members and provide strategic guidance.

Requirements

• 15+ years in global drug development.
• Prior leadership in late-stage Solid Tumor Oncology programs.
• Experience in regulatory submissions and alliance management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.

Compensation

Base pay range $253,600-$380,400 with additional bonus and benefits.
