Job Description
We are looking for an experienced REGISTERED NURSE (RN) to join our Brain Health Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position includes a weekend commitment with day shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm. As a Staff Nurse in our Brain Health Unit, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, age-appropriate patient care to support patients with neurocognitive disorders and medical co-morbidities.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and compassionate patient care
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Evaluate outcomes of nursing practices
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed RN
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Card
- Maryland Registered Nurse License
- Proficiency in medical terminology and nursing processes
