Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital, located in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time staff nurse, you will work day shifts with a weekend commitment, providing safe and age-appropriate patient care in a specialized environment for older patients with neurocognitive disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide patient education and support.
- Evaluate and document outcomes of nursing practice.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and Maryland RN license.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a licensed RN.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and nursing process skills.
