Job Description
We are hiring an Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Brain Health Unit at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital offers competitive pay and a range of benefits. As part of the Brain Health Unit, you will be responsible for providing safe, age-appropriate patient care, conducting assessments, developing care plans, implementing care and education, and evaluating outcomes. The unit focuses on older patients with neurocognitive disorders, providing a supportive and engaging environment for their treatment and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and age-appropriate patient care.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
- Develop and document care plans.
- Implement care and education.
- Evaluate outcomes of nursing practice.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a licensed RN.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Card.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, medical terminology, and critical thinking skills.
